I have lived here now since April and any issues I have had have been fixed almost immediately. The staff in the front is always available and Maintenance has ALWAYS come within 48 hours to fix Any issues

I relocated to Savannah in July of 2015. I knew nothing about Savannah or its neighborhoods. All I knew was that I wanted to rent a townhouse style apartment at a reasonable rate. We found Royal Oaks on the Internet, paid a visit to look at a model when we were on vacation, and signed a lease. My daughter and I have two cats so we pay a pet fee, but it isn't much.
